The chart below lists estimated costs. Costs in *yellow* are finalized and mandatory, other costs are high estimations, based on January 2025 currency rates. Personal expenses, eg. souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, etc., not included.

Making personal flight, insurance, and other deviations outside of choir festival package dates are required, although travel agent assistance can be provided.

Single occupancy, and non-singing partner expenses are below.

In order to make this trip a reality, a $250 e-transfer deposit / participant will be required by Monday, February 24, 2025. Please send an e-transfer to paynter.liz@gmail.com. Once the Calgary Touring Choir is registered for the Orbis Music festival, deposits are non-refundable.
